The wide variety of beef types the “European bar style” restaurant serves, possible only from a place operated by a meat wholesaler, is all carefully chosen from its contracted farmers. It is a casual restaurant where large groups of people are welcome to enjoy teppanyaki (iron plate grills), while watching one’s beef grilled on the large plate right in front. The cooks’ performances as they grill the meat producing wild flames are fun to watch, sure to add excitement to any teppanyaki get-togethers.
