Introduction of restaurant

Yatsu San Kan is a long established onsen ryokan that has been in business since the Edo Period (1603-1868). As for the cuisine, the dishes are called Kyoto Style Japanese Dinner, and the chef only uses locally sourced ingredients. An example of one of these meals is the Sowaryuhonzen Kuzushi Oshidorizen, a splendid dish with Hida beef and seasonal rare vegetables. This Hida top class banquet dining has to be reserved in order to be sampled. Other dishes that you can order, and will absolutely adore, are the Hida Beef A5 Ranked Steak (A being the best rank and 5 indicating excellent), and Hida Beef Roast Beef.
