This is a yakiniku restaurant managed directly by the farmers’ cooperative group company “JA ZEN-NOH Meat Foods”. They purchase Japanese black beef from their own factory; this is then sliced and diced in the restaurant, so you can enjoy their exceptional fresh beef at a reasonable price. They can offer you a special course of all-you-can-eat wagyu beef for 90 minutes. There is also a completely private room with hori-gotatsu (low table over a hole in the floor covered in a quilt and with a heat source underneath) where you can be wrapped in the warmth of wooden interior and soak in a Japanese atmosphere.
