At Kinko, a luxurious and elegant ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant), you can enjoy Japanese cuisine featuring Joshu Wagyu beef, a Japanese black beef bred locally in Gunma, and Joshu Gyu, a Wagyu/Holstein crossbreed. The main offering is the orthodox Kyoto style kaiseki ryori course using seasonal produce. If you would like to savor meat to your heart’s content, be sure to select courses that include “sukiyaki” or “shabu shabu.”
