This restaurant is an original producer of Towadako Wagyu. The cattle are bred and fed on apple powder, and the Wagyu meat is known for its beautiful marbling. In this restaurant, each part of the meat can be savored not just as yakiniku but in a unique style known as the ‘Towada bara-yaki’. The restaurant is known for its meat from the cheek, of which only a small part can be taken from each cattle. It is definitely to be appreciated.
