A restaurant within Oirase Roman park, by the Oirase roadside station. Towadako Wagyu cattle are raised blessed by nature at the foot of the Hakkoudasan mountains and the beef is distinctive for being so tender that it melts in the mouth. The ‘Mirai’ in the name of the restaurant refers to the organs in the body responsible for sensing the delicious flavors – the thought is that you should not just want to taste it with the tongue, but experience it with the whole body.
