Introduction of restaurant

Operated by a butcher company, this restaurant is a specialist in shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. To make Matoba Niku, the farm grows its own farmed foods so cattles can feed on natural grains like wheat, soybean and other ingredients. Cattles are nurtured with special massage during its rearing. The sweet and soft high-quality meat is sourced from selected meat brands such as Japanese black wagyu beef; they refuse to be beaten on taste. In addition, don’t miss their Amisuki, charcoal fire grilled tenderloin and loin.
