This yakiniku restaurant is the place to taste carefully selected top-grade Japanese black beef. They serve up the hardly domestically distributed (only about 1%) rare “Iwate Yamagata shorthorn beef”. The sweet aromatic flavorable fat, which leaves a smooth feeling on the tongue and rich umami (taste) of the meat are a characteristic of this red meat which is deeply satisfying.
