This is a yakiniku restaurant which is managed directly by a butcher shop. You can enjoy fresh high-quality meat, carefully selected by the professional eyes of the staff, at an inexpensive price. Their recommendation is the “Hiuchi”, rare thigh meat of which it is only possible to get about 2 kilos from a whole animal. By all means please try this lightly cooked thigh meat which has amazing veins of white fat. From the restaurant’s windows you have an unbroken view of Kyoto’s townscape.
