The yakiniku restaurant “Beefars” has incorporated locally sourced ingredients and food culture of Kagoshima Prefecture into their menu. Their ingredient which they are most proud of is “Satsuma beef” reared in Kagoshima Prefecture and directly shipped from that area. The marbled meat has soft fine white fat, so even when it is thickly cut there is a taste of high-quality sweetness with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
