This is a Korean barbecue restaurant specialized in Ozaki Beef, the “legendary” Japanese Black beef produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. Characterized by its long-term fattening, or the maturing of meat in live cattle, Ozaki Beef features lighter fat and yet a distinct deep taste and a texture that melts in one’s mouth.
