A restaurant which is incredibly popular and loved by local people, they buy a whole animal of “Tochigi stock”, and here you can enjoy it at a reasonable price. “Tochigi Wagyu beef”, which is a high quality Japanese black beef that has been fattened by only certain permitted farmers, is a marbled meat and this gives the texture a really fine taste.
