The restaurant “Yoshi-Tei” is the place to taste carefully selected top-grade “Japanese black beef”. The signature menu item is shabushabu using special Yonezawa beef (marbled loin). The loin is thickly cut, and so you can fully enjoy this marbled meat which will sweetly melt in your mouth. The main building, which even today conveys the atmosphere of the Edo Period, was designated as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Asset. You can really appreciate a time of amazing history and gourmet food.
