This is a restaurant which is specialized in sukiyaki and is managed directly by a butcher that has been in business since around 1945. It is a great opportunity to try incredible “Sendai beef”, of which only 30% are certified within Miyagi Prefecture. Their sukiyaki they are proud of with its sauce of a secret recipe that has been handed down for more than 60 years is made without “sukiyaki stock”. For lunch they serve up “Sukiyaki gozen(course)”, an affordable option for trying sukiyaki with the renowned Sendai beef.
