Aomori calves are a rare breed of Japanese Black Takkogyu of which only around sixty animals are delivered throughout the year. Of these, this restaurant offers only meat that conforms to grade A4 or A5. The beautiful white fibers of the marbling are a feast for the eyes and are full of flavor. The simple, thick-cut sirloin, and fillet so tender that you could cut it with chopsticks, are both recommended. The fact that you can eat until you are full for a reasonable price draws customers here.
