Wagyu Beef Salad

Prepare Wagyu Beef as shabu shabu and eat with vegetables as cold salad.

Ingredients(Serves 2)

  • Wagyu beef slice(Chuck roll, To-round)
    150g
  • Lettuce
    ½ ea
  • Tomato
    1 ea
  • Carrot
    ½ ea
  • Cucumber
    1 ea
  • Goma (Sesame) Dressing
    80cc
  • Ponzu Sauce
    80cc
  • Salt 
    As appropriate
  • Japanese cooking sake
    20cc
  • Sesame
    As appropriate

Directions

  1. 1.Boil Japanese cooking sake and salt in a pot.
  2. 2.Pass quickly the thin sliced wagyu beef in step 1, cool it immediately in separate ice chilly water, dry it with paper towel.
  3. 3.Put cut vegetables in a dish with wagyu beef on top. Cool in refrigerator until ready to eat.
  4. 4.Mix goma dressing and ponzu sauce, drizzle the mixture on the salad, and sprinkle sesame as a finishing touch on top
