This restaurant is well-loved by the local town of Beppu, and it is preserved the original flavor of their dishes over the course of more than 60 years. Their signature dish is Bungo beef steak. You will love the umami (taste) of the fat of their tasty Japanese black beef, which has an exquisite balance of lean meat and white lines of fat. It is really recommended that you try the taste of their original homemade demi-glace sauce which has been simmered over the course of 10 days, and their meat which has been seasoned with just salt and pepper.
