You can taste the Kagoshima black beef, a brand which won overall victory at the 11th National Wagyu Prize Show, in recipes such as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki and steamed dishes. Seiro (steamed) dishes delivers velvety and rich umami flavor juicing from the Kagoshima black beef and vegetables. Our patrons also enjoy Kagoshima black pork that is easy to chew, soft, and rich flavor along with Kagoshima agriculture and livestock products.
