“Akaushi no Yakata” is a Japanese barbecue restaurant situated within a roadside station that specializes in Akaushi beef. Akaushi is known as a healthy beef that is lean, yet juicy and tender. “Akaushi no Yakata” buys whole Akaushi, meaning that the meat is very fresh.
