Operated by the Ota Cattle Farm that breeds Ota Beef, a brand of Tajima Beef, the Korean barbecue restaurant most carefully prepares the beef it serves from the cattle raised with loving care at the farm, creating virtually no waste. It accordingly serves many rare regions of beef as well, and all the meats it serves including offal is naturally the freshest, allowing the customer to fully enjoy the very tastes of the meats themselves.
