An inn which is proud of its cooking is limited to five groups per day. Their dinner has a lineup of dishes in their sophisticated traditional Japanese cuisine (which is brought in courses) for which they use local seasonal ingredients, centered around thickly cut Hida beef. The Hida beef is cooked on a charcoal fire by a hearth, and the resulting meat is juicy yet soft and will burst with flavor in your mouth. With their homemade rock salt, you will love the taste of this meat. After eating such a delicious meal there is nothing better than relaxing in a private onsen bath.
