A restaurant managed by a well-established butcher shop. You can happily enjoy their speciality steak for which they have only used A5 ranked (A being the top rank and 5 meaning excellent) Wagyu beef. Besides beef steak, on the menu, from dishes on their own to course dinners are extensively prepared. Besides loin and fillet, they have a wide assortment of rare meat parts like Chateaubriand, aitchbone and the shoulder blade. The butcher shop is running this restaurant like an annex and they are also selling fried foods like the croquette.
