This shabushabu and sukiyaki specialist restaurant uses top-notch Tajima beef such as “Kobe beef” and high quality Wagyu beef. The meat they use includes Kobe beef sirloin, shoulder loin, mouth melting marbled sirloin and Wagyu beef fillet, and more. You can choose according to your preference.
