Under the new concept of “tsubame grilling”, you can enjoy “chunks of meat grilling” that draws out the umami (taste) of the meat in this fascinating restaurant. It serves up food of varying grades from the beef which comes from a rare breed of cattle called Kumamoto red cattle, a characteristic of which is its tasty red flesh. It is raised in the rich natural environment of the Aso area. At Tsubameya you can enjoy a great menu that includes grilled cooking which has been slowly scorched to perfection on a lava stone.
