The interior of this restaurant, which is a converted sake brewery that is over 100 years old, has a modern Japanese atmosphere and is furnished with tasteful, authentic, old wooden materials. Ugo Beef, representative of Akita, is served here. It is finest quality wagyu beef with a rich flavor to savor. The exceptional Japanese Black selection consists of cuts from a single cow carefully selected with expertise gained from the restaurant’s former incarnation as a butcher’s shop and chosen as the best parts to enjoy that particular day.
