Introduction of restaurant

The restaurant buys a whole head of Olein 55 cattle from Tottori Prefecture at a time, to provide its offerings for the most reasonable possible prices. The regions of beef not suited for Korean barbecue are used for beef bowl and curry in the lunch menu, and the tail is cooked for six hours to make an exquisite oxtail soup. In this and other ways, the entire animal is used up completely to turn it into delicious dishes. The restaurant has private rooms each equipped with a smokeless roaster and a touchscreen ordering system, allowing comfortable meals in a private setting.
