You can taste the Kagoshima black beef, a brand which won overall victory at the 11th National Wagyu Prize Show, in recipes such as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki and steamed dishes. Seiro (steamed) dishes delivers velvety and rich umami flavor juicing from the Kagoshima black beef and vegetables.
