Introduction of restaurant

This restaurant offers Ugo Beef, from a rare breed that has only two hundred cattle remaining in recent years. Individual Ugo Beef – a breed representative of Akita – are sourced by professional meat experts, so they can offer scarce parts such as misuji, maki, sasami or other cuts. Wine complement to the meat completes the experience. Their home-made sauce brings out the flavor of the meat, with three selected salts from the Oga Peninsula. You can also enjoy yakisuki, cooked quickly for divine-tasting fat and delicious flavors.
