Introduction of restaurant

This restaurant is a specialist for nationwide sourced Japanese black wagyu beef, such as Hida beef, Yonezawa beef and Kobe beef. They serve only A4 ranked (A being the highest rank and 4 indicating very good) nullipara (animal has never given birth) meat, and it is the only registered Kobe beef restaurant in Tohoku. It is really amazing to eat as they cut off thick slices of the meat as the orders come in. Their tare sauce, which doesn’t include any chemical seasoning and is used with the yakiniku, is really complementary to the umami (taste) of the meat.
