This yakiniku restaurant uses carefully selected beef personally selected by the restaurant’s owner. Different brands are selected from around Kyushu such as Bungo beef and Kagoshima black beef. Besides the meat, another notable aspect of this restaurant is the way meat is grilled. The cooking equipment is ideal for getting the maximum amount of heat from the fire, as each table has a charcoal brazier which can get very hot but produces little smoke. You will love the mellow taste of the meat which is packed with umami.
