Introduction of restaurant
A teppanyaki restaurant offering fresh and seasonal Sankai no Ko (unusual tasting food from the mountains and the sea) and "Kobe beef" steak. For the steak, they use matured meat from a specially selected cow which is over 30 months old. The meat’s juices are really concentrated into a soft umami (taste) of fine marbling which seems to fill the mouth. Seatings are all counter seating including the private rooms where you can watch the experienced chefs at work cooking your steak in front of your very eyes.
