This teppanyaki restaurant, which is popular locally, is a place to enjoy everything from high-quality Sanuki olive beef to raclette grill. It is a calm modern space. The Sanuki cattle, which are raised on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture and are fed with olive pulp, is characterized by the meat that its fat could melt in the mouth. Our recommendation is the restaurant’s main vegetable dish which has been seasoned with Tibet’s oldest salt (magma salt) as well as the raclette grill.
