Ever since this beef restaurant was established at the beginning of the Meiji Period they have continued to protect their special traditional cooking and taste. You can enjoy different food textures and aromas from real Japanese beef. They select A5 (A is the best grade and means there is at least 72% ratio of meat to the total weight of the animal and 5 means the meat quality is excellent) Japanese black beef and cut it carefully by hand. As they use soup heated on braziers, and special stock, etc., which are their secret trade tools and have been inherited from when the restaurant was established, you can experience the pleasurable sensation of a historical and elegant dining space. There are a number of different and amazing course menus, so it is a good place for different occasions.
