Introduction of restaurant

This venue was originally opened in 1912 as a butcher shop, but in 1927 it became a sukiyaki restaurant called "Hiyama". You can taste special course dinners that include beef cooked with butter, shabu-shabu and sukiyaki - all using domestic Wagyu beef. The waitress carefully takes care of the nabe (hotpot) right until the last moment so that when it is served it is absolutely perfect. Furthermore, as all of the dining rooms are private, it is an ideal spot for relaxing without having to worry about your surroundings.
