Introduction of restaurant

This is a Korean barbecue restaurant specialized in Ozaki Beef, the “legendary” Japanese Black beef produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. Characterized by its long-term fattening, or the maturing of meat in live cattle, Ozaki Beef features lighter fat and yet a distinct deep taste and a texture that melts in one’s mouth. Authorized to handle beef for eating raw, the restaurant is qualified to prepare such raw beef dishes as Korean yukhoe and beef sushi.
