Introduction of restaurant

A Japanese restaurant operated by the Kakiyasu head restaurant founded in Mie Prefecture in 1871 as one of Japan’s early gyunabe (beef at the table) establishments, Kakiyasu Ginza serves such brand beef as Matsusaka and the highest-quality Japanese Black. The meats are cooked in a variety of methods including sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and charcoal grill to bring out different appeals of the beef. The result is essences of the artisanal skill and superb tastes that have long been handed down in the restaurant’s long tradition since its head restaurant founding.
